Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: Most items include free standard shipping, but you can view an estimate of expedited shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Where do your products come from? A: Most products are purchased from vendors who have an excess of inventory. This may include products from retail stores, government surplus, or even grandma's attic.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, cash, check, and money order. In the future we will be able to accept credit cards.

Q: Can I pick my items up locally? A: Yes in fact we encourage that. If you choose to do so we will provide you with a discount.
Q: When will my item ship? A: In most instances items will ship within 24 hours. All Items listed are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.
Q: What if I can not find what I am looking for? A: Email us at support@ivegotjunk.com and we will let you know if it is something we can find.
Q: What if I saw something on the site the recently and now its gone. A: Many items we sell come and go very quickly, but most will be restocked within a short amount of time. Contact us for an estimated time.
